Shipping policy


Local delivery: 

Gret news! For all deliveries in TROIS-RIVIÈRES, a local company name EFFI is now offering delivery in 24-48h business hours. They will also provide email and texts notifications about your delivery state. We will only try to deliver once. Therefor, it is your responsibility to leave a cooler if you have perishable or frozen products that you want to be kept fresh. If you wish for us to leave your package in a specific place, simply leave us a note in the comment section before you complete the order.

***EFFI: Follow the state of your delivery with live notifications by SMS or email. If the client is not home, he will determine what is to do. 

Postal Delivery: 

Since our main goal is to make you life simple, we made available a postal delivery service across Canada. However, this service cannot provide delivery for fresh and frozen products for technical and ecological considerations.

Although we expect all packages to be safely delivered, it is still within your responsibility to ensure that the adress you provide is the right one. If our employees notice a mistake, they will contact you and put in the right adress. If a package was to be refused or unclaimed, or if the provided adress is wrong, delivery fees can't be refunded. 

Delivery fees are determined for a package with a maximal weight of 10 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, our customer service will contact you and let you know about the price adjustments. Rest assured that we always choose the least expensive delivery service for every package shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number by email. Please take note that humans are in charge of shipping. Therefor, there is nos use in trying to make two orders of a lesser weight to save on shipping. If you do have to make two orders, the total weight of both packages will be added.

Delivery fees and delays


There are standard fees of $24.99 and a 2 to 6 business days delay for delivery. Shipping is free on orders over $150 before taxes, on products in stock, except for the large formats.Shipping fees may vary according to availability of the products. If a product happened to be unavailable, our customer service will contact and inform you. Wite Santé en Vrac, we only wish for great surprises!

Remote Areas

To find out if your town is considered a remote area, please consult or postal codes list here*. BEFORE you complete your order, get in touch with us so we can estimate the shipping fees. It will be calculated according to the weight of the package and the delivery address. Take note that Nunavut, Nort West Territories and Yukon are considered remote areas and additional fees will be charged.

Bad Surprises

Although make sure to package your orders with great care, accidents may still happen during transport. Wether it's a broken or a lost package, you can contacts us at or give us a call to 819 840-9500 from monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. A follow-up investigation will be made so that we can solve the problem. Please, take note that delivery services require around 5 business days to complete their investigation.  

This policy will be updated regularly in order to adjust to situations and possible issues.
