Each ml provides the equivalent of 451 mg of fresh organic black elder flowers in a 1:2 extract. According to the manufacturer's technical sheet, the tincture is made with organic alcohol and contains no added sugar, gluten, soy, GMOs, additives or colouring. How to use

Adults: take 1.5 ml, 3 times daily.
