Organic Couscous is made of small granules from durum wheat semolina! Dry couscous can be cooked by steeping the granules in warm water for 10 minutes, or until the granules have absorbed the liquid and become tender. Couscous is mildly nutty and tender in texture; ideal for salads, soups, side dishes, or other cooking applications.
