Your eligibility is verified every 6 months. At renewal, you will need to prove your active membership status with the relevant partner (valid card or proof of renewal).
If your membership with a partner expires or changes, your discount will be suspended until your file is updated in store.
Partners offer you discounts, you support them in return, and together we grow a local ecosystem where everyone wins.
Send a copy of your participation receipt by email to info@santeenvrac.com. The receipt must remain complete, as it serves as a reference for the program details.

I'm not a member of a partner. Can I sign up?
No, the program is reserved for active members of official partners. However, if your gym, yoga studio or wellness centre would like to join the movement, invite them to fill out the partner form.
I've switched partners. Do I need to re-register?
Yes, present your new membership card in store to update your file.
How do I know if my card is still valid?
Validity is 6 months. A reminder will be sent if verification is needed.
I've never received a newsletter. How can I make sure I'm registered?
Check your customer file in store and make sure you provided the correct email address.
Can I transfer my discount to someone else?
No, the discount is personal and non-transferable.
Does the program work both ways?
Yes. If you're a Santé en Vrac customer, you also get discounts at participating partners. That's the principle of the program: every membership strengthens the other.
Can my gym or studio become a partner?
Absolutely! The business simply needs to offer a benefit to Santé en Vrac members in return. Fill out the partner form or email us at info@santeenvrac.com.
