Receive a 10% discount in store or online to celebrate your birthday. This discount applies to eligible purchases, excluding original-format products.

📊 Checking your balance
Your point balance can be viewed on your receipt during in-store purchases or through your online account.
⏳ Validity
Your points remain valid for 12 months following your last eligible transaction. If your card has not been used for more than 12 months, all accumulated credits will be automatically cancelled without compensation.
🔄 Adjustments
In the event of a return or refund, the points associated with that purchase will be automatically adjusted.
Membership in the EcoPoints Prestige Program is free. You can sign up directly at the checkout or online. You start earning points from your very first eligible in-store purchase.
When you sign up for the EcoPoints program, you can receive a Passe-Partage, a card designed to introduce Santé en Vrac to your friends and family while rewarding you.
How it works
- Give your Passe-Partage to someone who might enjoy our store
- Your customer number is printed on the back of the card
- When that person makes their first purchase and presents the card, you each receive a 10% discount on your next purchase

Activation in 3 steps
- Be an active member of one of our official partners
- Present your membership card or proof of membership in store for a one-time validation
- Your discount is then automatically applied to your customer account, no need to present it again at each visit
Your eligibility is verified every 6 months. A reminder will be sent if revalidation is required.
The 5% discount on bulk food is:
- Valid only on bulk food products
- Automatically applied after your card activation
- Personal and non-transferable
The discount does not apply to products on sale or clearance, non-bulk items, special orders, delivery fees or purchases made without prior validation.
I'm not a member of a partner organization. Can I get the discount?
No, the discount is reserved for active members of our official partners (La Forge T-R and Une fille qui court).
I've switched partners. Do I need to re-register?
Yes, present your new membership card in store to update your file.
How do I know if my discount is still active?
Validity is 6 months. A reminder will be sent if verification is needed. You can also check with a team member in store.
Can I transfer my discount to someone else?
No, the discount is personal and non-transferable.

Rules and general conditions
Using another person's customer account who does not reside at the same address to assign your points constitutes a violation of the program rules and may result in sanctions.
Any fraud, abuse or provision of false information may result in the immediate cancellation of the card and all accumulated points, without notice.
Cases that may lead to cancellation:
- Cheating or manipulation of transactions
- Abuse of program policies (e.g. unauthorized use of the card)
- Card cloning or any other fraudulent practice
If a card is cancelled for any of these reasons, accumulated points will be automatically deleted without recourse.
Santé en Vrac reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate its loyalty programs and partnerships, including their terms, promotions or benefits, at any time and without notice.
In the event of program termination, members will have three (3) months from the announcement date to use their accumulated points. After this period, unused points will be cancelled.
If the program is suspended for reasons beyond the control of Santé en Vrac (e.g. force majeure), accumulated points may be cancelled without notice.
Santé en Vrac also reserves the right to add new benefits, including exclusive offers, contests, bonus credits and new local partnerships.
Santé en Vrac credits cannot be transferred, in whole or in part, to another person. Two exceptions may be granted:
🕊️ Death of the cardholder
The membership and accumulated credits may be transferred to the person designated by the estate, upon presentation of the death certificate and the cardholder's card. The cardholder's card will then be cancelled. If the designated person declines to join, the credits will be cancelled.
⚖️ Divorce or separation
Jointly accumulated credits may be transferred or divided according to the agreement of the parties, the final court judgment or applicable laws in the relevant province.
Santé en Vrac and its partners cannot be held responsible for:
- Technical failures (e.g. computer outages, network interruptions)
- Processing errors or incomplete data transmissions
- Any loss of points due to a system error
Your personal information collected under the EcoPoints Prestige Program will be used strictly to:
- Manage your account and points
- Inform you of relevant promotions, special offers and events
This information will not be sold or shared with third parties. In the event of a change in ownership of Santé en Vrac, your data may be included as a transferred asset.

By joining the program, the cardholder releases Santé en Vrac and its affiliates from any liability for direct or indirect losses or damages related to the use of the card or program benefits.
The program terms are governed by the laws in force in Canada and in the cardholder's province. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
