The customer doesn't have their card. Can we apply the discount?
No. The card must be presented at the time of purchase. No retroactive discount will be granted.
Is a customer aged 50+ without a FADOQ card eligible?
No. The discount is reserved for holders of a valid FADOQ card, regardless of age.
Can the customer use this discount AND a promo code?
No. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, code or current offer.
Does the discount earn EcoPoints?
No. Purchases made with the student/FADOQ discount do not earn points in the EcoPoints Prestige loyalty program.
Does the discount apply on any day other than Monday?
No. The discount is applicable only on Mondays, no exceptions.
My student or FADOQ card is expired. Does it still count?
No. An expired card is not accepted. You must present a new, valid and up-to-date card to receive the discount.
Does the discount work online?
No. The discount is valid in store only, not online.
Are special orders eligible?
No. The discount applies only to in-stock products in store. Special orders are excluded.
Are high school or continuing education students eligible?
No. Only CEGEP and university students with a valid card are eligible.
