This high-grade culinary matcha comes straight from Japan and is sourced from Mr. Takahashi, a dedicated tea producer we have worked with for many years. For him, quality starts in the field. He personally visits the tea gardens to select the best leaves and varieties, ensuring consistency and refinement in every batch.
Matcha Camellia is carefully crafted to preserve its distinctive flavor while blending beautifully with other ingredients. Its profile is well balanced, avoiding bitterness and astringency, making it approachable, rich and refreshing.
It is perfectly suited for lattes, smoothies and baking. In a latte, it reveals subtle notes of cookie dough and white chocolate paired with a vibrant vegetal freshness. Prepared traditionally, it offers a smooth texture and rich green flavors reminiscent of fresh lettuce.

For a smoother and naturally sweeter taste, try matcha with oat or almond milk. It really highlights its delicate flavor notes.
